Zowell FR16 electric reach truck is with capacity 1.6Ton and lifting height up to 7.2m. It is designed for highly intensive stacking, including pallet transport and stacking in warehouses, industry/ manufacturing and retail premises.
SAFETY AND PRODUCTIVITY:
Advanced AC control system eliminating motor brushes and directional contactors, which significantly reduces maintenance requirements. Intelligent regenerative brake system increases overall truck performance by decreasing battery charge intervals.
Multi-function display: battery state, hour meter, fault code indicator, etc.
Side battery roll-out system is very convenient for replacement. The battery front cover makes it easy to fill the battery.
Built-in pressure relief valve protects the trucks from overload.
Deadman pedal.
Emergency power disconnect.
Stepless speed control.
STRUCTURAL:
Low centre of gravity ensures the stable operation.
45-degree standing and operating position ensures comfortable operation.
The stand-on platform is low enough to allow the driver to step on and off without any effort.
The use of articulated drive system renders stable and smooth operation. Vertically mounted drive motor system has a small turning radius and is easy to maintain. The motor structure is water-proof and dust-proof.
The Reach Forks with hydraulic control make operation stable.

SERVICEABILITY:
CAN-bus technology reduces wiring complexity and increase reliability.
All pivot points have grease fitting and serviceable bushings, reducing component wear and extending component life.
